Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Park Manager to oversee the operations and management of our park.
This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about outdoor spaces, sustainable practices, and providing exceptional visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
Manage a team of park staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement maintenance and conservation programs for park facilities and natural resources.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Foster relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
Address visitor concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in park management, operations, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Budgeting and financial management expertise etc
Certifications and Training in any of the following
Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP)
Certified Manager of Recreation (CMR), Certified Event Planner (CEP)
Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
Chartered Institute of Management (CIM).
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly.
