ROLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT (FEMALES ONLY)
Our client is a Pharmaceutical company and they seek to employ a highly organized and proactive young Personal Assistant to support our client in daily operation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
SALARY: #150,000 -#220,000
LOCATION : IKATE, LEKKI, LAGOS
ACCOMODATION IS AVAILABLE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the Founder’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
* Act as first point of contact for internal and external communication.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* Assist with various personal and business projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS :
👜 Applicants must possess proven Experience working as Executive or Personal Assistant preferably supporting senior executives.
👜 Applicant must possess a degree in Administration, Mass Communication, English or any related course.
👜 Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
👜 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
👜 Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
👜 Proficiency in project management tools or CRM software.
👜 High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
👜 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
👜 Only female candidates between the ages of 22-30 years can apply.
