ROLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT (FEMALES ONLY)
Our client is a Pharmaceutical company and they seek to employ a highly organized and proactive young Personal Assistant to support our client in daily operation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*SALARY:* #150,000 -#220,000
*LOCATION* : LEKKI, LAGOS
*ACCOMODATION IS AVAILABLE*
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Manage the Founder’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
* Act as first point of contact for internal and external communication.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* Assist with various personal and business projects as needed
*REQUIREMENTS* :
🗓️ Applicants must possess proven Experience working as Executive or Personal Assistant preferably supporting senior executives.
🗓️ Applicant must possess B.A/BSc/HND to apply
🗓️ Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
🗓️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
🗓️ Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
🗓️ Proficiency in project management tools or CRM software.
🗓️ High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
🗓️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
🗓️ Only female candidates between the ages of 22-30 years can apply.
