We are seeking a Professional Personal Assistant & Secretary who is intelligent, resourceful, and highly organized to support & work with our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Ensure effective communication between departments and external partners.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
• Bachelor’s degree with a good CGPA will be a good advantage.

Salary Range: 180k- 250k
