Job Title: Primary Level Educator

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: 120,000 – 150,000 (Gross)
Job Description:
• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver lessons based on the blended curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, orderly learning environment through consistent discipline and engagement strategies.
• Pupil Assessment: Evaluate pupil performance through tests, assignments, and informal assessments; provide constructive feedback.
• Pupil Support: Address individual learning needs by offering additional help and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learners.
• Lesson Planning: Develop creative and engaging lesson plans to stimulate pupil interest and support learning objectives.
• Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school events, clubs, and other extracurricular activities to support holistic pupil development.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends, technologies, and teaching methodologies through continuous learning and workshops.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to foster a supportive educational environment and share best practices.
• Classroom Resources: Ensure that classroom resources, such as materials and technology, are utilized effectively to enhance learning.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other administrative data.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that the classroom environment adheres to all health, safety, and child protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of First Degree
• Experience with British Curriculum
• 2-3 years experience teaching
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
• Tech Savvinesss
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism in a school environment.
