*Job Title: Primary School Headteacher*

*Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000*
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Headteacher at our primary school in Ogba, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the school’s continued growth and development. As Headteacher, you will be expected to promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and respect, and to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and the wider community.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– *Qualification:* BSc(Ed) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
– *Leadership Experience:* Proven experience in school leadership or management, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes and staff development.
– *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the wider community.
– *Strategic Thinking:* Ability to think strategically, with a clear vision for the school’s future and a commitment to driving improvement and innovation.
