Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location : Abuja
Salary : 200,000-300,000
Job Responsibilities
• Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Sourcing, engaging, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Reviewing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the inventory of goods to serve the hotel and other businesses.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Requirement
A Graduate of Economics or other related field
Minimum 3 Years Experience as a procurement officer in a luxury hotel.
