Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Radio Producer or similar role, with experience in news production and development for at least 3 years.
Strong understanding of radio production techniques and news broadcasting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, accurate, and engaging news delivery.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
