Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of a Retail Sales Representative who can handle customers and sales at our establishment.
You will be required to help with selling products, helping customers with their purchases and keeping a check on the stock at the store.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales services
Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
Manage and maintain sales inventory and ensure the store is fully stacked.
Analyze competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Provide customer’s feedback to the store manager.
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Requirements
OND / HND qualification
1 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Proven sales experience.
Strong analytical, communication skills and computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Salary Range
₦80,000 – ₦100,000
