Job Summary: As a SALES REP you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our company’s products or services to prospective clients. Duties and responsibilities
• Identify and research potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
• Execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Marketing head.
Requirements and Qualification
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying product information and building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and sales techniques.
