Our Client School located in Ilupeju, Lagos is in need of SCHOOL MANAGER to manage the Cambridge A’ Level Section. It is a new school arm so the person must be very experienced and polished in school management and marketing..
ROLE: SCHOOL MANAGER
LOCATION: ILUPEJU, LAGOS
SALARY: #200,000 – #250,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Initiate, implement and oversee strategic plans to bring in more students to the school.
# Attract students across the School’s portfolio and publicize the strength of the academic faculty and services.
# Carry out market analysis internally and externally periodically to determine new trends, changes and possible School threats and opportunities.
# Identify relevant community- based initiatives in which they can play relevant part to support awareness/ positive School perception etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
🗄️ First degree or it’s equivalent in Education, Management or any related Course.
🗄️ 3-5 years relevant experience in School Management, School Leadership role with years of Teaching experience inclusive in an International School setting .
🗄️Applicants with experience working with Schools operating IGCSE/Cambridge A’ Level will be most preferred.
🗄️ Strong people management skills and good Communication Skills.
🗄️ Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
🗄️ Both Male and Female Candidates can Apply.
