Job Title: Shop Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Ensure the store meets the brand’s operational standards, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience that align’s with the brand’s values.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with the marketing teams to create in-store promotional campaigns and events.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure store presence aligns with branding and marketing initiatives.
Support the launch of new products or collections, working with the team to promote the effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Shop Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Proficient in retail management software and POS system.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
