Job Title: Showroom Officer
Location: Onikan, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full Time
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
• Ensure showroom targets are achieved.
• Assist in stock management and ordering; reassess stock monthly/ ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
• Assist in systems review on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Provide information on business opportunities and threats, including competition.
• Build long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with key customers.
• Supervise activities of showroom sales officer and technician attached to showroom (where applicable).
• Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
• Ensure reports are sent in daily/ as at when due.
• Ensure the Showroom and all displays are always neat and tidy.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
• Interested candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant and progressive work experience in a similar industry is compulsory
• Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
• Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
