Job Title: Snacks Shop Manager (Business Development, Sales & Quality Control)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (20%):
Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and services.
Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors.
Conduct market research to inform business decisions.
Sales (40%):
Manage daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met.
Supervise sales staff, providing training and coaching.
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
Quality Control (20%):
Ensure high-quality standards for all snacks.
Conduct regular quality checks on inventory.
Implement quality control procedures.
Shop Operations (20%):
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Maintain a clean, organized customer-friendly environment.
Supervise shop staff ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
3+ years retail management experience.
Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and quality control principles.
Experience in the food industry or snack retail preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Skills:
Sales and marketing strategy development.
