Job Description

You’ll oversee all sports facilities, from basketball courts to archery ranges, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll also drive business development, grow revenue, and build partnerships to put us on the map.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Lead the day-to-day operations of our diverse sports facilities, ensuring top-notch standards and seamless experiences for all users.
Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) in sporting activities, ensuring our facilities cater to recreational players and competitive athletes alike.
Develop and execute growth strategies, including partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue-driving initiatives.
Build and manage a high-performing team of attendants, referees, and support staff.
Organize and promote events, tournaments, and community activities to grow engagement.
Manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and track KPIs to measure and sustain success.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years in sports management or business development roles, with expertise in managing sports facilities.
A track record of creating and delivering revenue-generating opportunities.
Deep knowledge of sporting activities and facility standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a flair for innovation.
A passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to make “The Grounds” the go-to destination for sports.
