Job Title: Team Lead, Brand Strategist

Job Summary: The Team Lead, Brand Strategist, will be responsible for defining and executing brand strategies that resonate with our audience, strengthen brand loyalty, and align with business objectives. This role includes leading a team of communication professionals including a Graphics Designer, Digital Marketer, and Content Creator. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in brand positioning, digital marketing, and creative direction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative brand strategies that align with business objectives and differentiate the business in the marketplace.

•Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Graphics Designer, Digital Marketer, and Content Creator to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

•Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.

•Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of engaging visuals and content, ensuring all materials align with the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences.

•Campaign Strategy: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent branding and message delivery.

•Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Creator to craft high-impact content strategies that support brand initiatives and engage key audiences.

•Digital Marketing Oversight: Work with the Digital Marketer to optimize digital advertising efforts, increase online visibility, and track campaign performance.

•Brand Messaging: Ensure all internal and external communications, including websites, social media, and advertising, reflect the brand’s voice and values.

•Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the success of brand initiatives through KPIs, feedback, and market analysis to continually improve the brand strategy.

•Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

 

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields, with a successful track record of leading brand initiatives.

•Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and creative direction.

•Experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, marketers, content creators) to achieve cohesive branding.

•Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

•Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision to diverse audiences.

•Proficiency in digital marketing tools, creative software (e.g., Adobe Suite), and analytics platforms.
