Career Level: Grade 5 & 6
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent
4+ years’ work experience in a call centre and customer service environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Strong customer interface
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC.
