Job Description

Our client urgently requires the services of a TECH SUPPORT OFFICER

Location: Ajao Estate

Key Responsibilities:

On-site Support: Travel to schools to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues. Install and maintain EdTech solutions and conduct training sessions for educators.

Remote Support: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and video calls, ensuring timely responses to support tickets using helpdesk software.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical contact for schools, fostering customer satisfaction and offering proactive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address complex issues and relay client feedback to the development team.

Documentation & Reporting: Record technical issues and resolutions, document training sessions, and generate regular reports on site visits and client concerns for continuous improvement.

Salary: 120k

Requirements
BSC in relevant field
2 – 4 years experience in similar role
