Training Inspector
Salary: 70k
Job Responsibilities
-On-site inspection if training has been carried out as planned
-Evaluate the training environment
-Evaluate the PPT of training materials
-Evaluate the professional of trainer
-Evaluate the skills of trainer
-Evaluate the verbal expression of trainer
-Evaluate the performance of trainees in training
-Organize and inspect test
-Check the quality of examination papers
-Check whether the test results are open, fair and just
-Confirmation of the test result
-Writing training daily report
-Sending training daily report
-Give good suggestions about training improvement in the department
Qualification: Bsc (or equivalent) in teaching or related field.
-Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical skill is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office
