Job Roles
1. Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage financial planning for the school.
– Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
– Proven financial management experience, preferably in education or non-profit.
– Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting standards.
2. Early Years Educators
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with the Early Years framework.
Qualifications:
– Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
– Certification in child protection and first aid (preferred).
– Knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
3. School Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the school’s social media accounts.
– Design promotional materials and complete other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven marketing experience, ideally in education or a similar sector.
