1- ECommerce Store Supervisor
Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc with relevant experience in ECommerce and strong IT skills
Salary: N70,000 – N75,000
Tasks and Deliverables:
– Oversee daily operations of the eCommerce store
– Upload Product on the store website
– Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
– Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
– Monitor and analyze sales performance
– Implement strategies to increase online sales
– Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
– Train and supervise store staff
– Ensure the store meets all regulatory and compliance requirements
2- Sales Representative
Qualifications: OND (Male/Female)
Salary: N50,000
Tasks and Deliverables:
– Identify and engage potential customers
– Present and promote products to prospective clients
– Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
– Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
– Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
– Prepare and submit sales reports
– Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
