JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a CLOUD KITCHEN that produces their own FOOD., And they seek to hire a GENERAL MANAGER. Ideal Candidate will Manage the Restaurant key responsibility areas which include;
Staff Compliance, Business Growth & Sales, Food Standardisation, Supply chain Sourcing and Management, Profitability, Sales Forecasting & Budgeting,and Staff Training.
ROLE: GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Jakande-Lekki, Lagos
Salary: 250k – 300k
*ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure brand Philosophy is communicated all through its business practices.
2. Ensure the Restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the company’s financial and operational guidelines.
3. Recruit, hire and train staffs on efficiency in production,hygiene and other kitchen processes.
4. Document stock levels and requisition
5. Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the restaurant cooking areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
🌀Both MALE & FEMALE Candidates that possess cognate industry experience working as a Manager in a Reputable restaurant Can apply.
🌀 Candidates must possess high operational skills in Restaurant Management on a day to day runnings.
🌀ideal candidate should possess a degree or certification or Trainings in Restaurant Hospitality.
🌀Those with Hotel/Lounge experience are not allowed to Apply,as we need only Restaurant experience.
🌀Only those with MANAGERIAL SKILLs, that can create a management blueprint, and work within the blueprint, also making sure that Staffs are disciplined enough to key into company rules and work ethics.
🌀Only candidates that can demonstrate high ethical and leadership standards at all times, adhering to standards laid out by the Restaurant Founder are to apply.
🌀Applicant Must have Ability to track team performance and improve staff efficiency(with previous industry experience to prove this)
🌀Ideal candidate must possess good communication skills and a personality that commands respect and discipline.
🌀 Candidate must have experience to document production processes to identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiences.
