HR Operations Lead at Venus Finance
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 / Month (Net).
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job type: Full-time
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3- 4years of experience in both HR and operations roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in managing teams, driving process improvements, and implementing HR strategies.
Strong understanding of HR management and operational processes.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
