Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Supervisor to oversee workplace safety and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will manage health, safety, and environmental procedures to promote a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures in the workplace.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
Provide safety training to employees and ensure that they are aware of HSE standards.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure workplace safety and address concerns.
Lead emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for emergencies.
Prepare reports on HSE performance and suggest improvements.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the company complies with all legal requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, HSE LEVEL1-3) are preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
SALARY: 130,000
