HR Manager
Industry – Supply Chain/Logistics
Location – Ikeja
Salary – N6m PA
Experience – 8 – 10
This role would lead the HR department, developing strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, compensation, and organizational culture. This role would align human capital initiatives with business goals, overseeing HR operations to foster a productive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local/international labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
Education & Experience: 8-10 years in HR, with experience in leadership or management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications (CIPM, SHRM or other relevant Certifications) are compulsory.
