Role summary
Manage day-to-day office operations, support partners with research and documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between staff, clients and vendors.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, Social Sciences or related preferred)
• 3–5 years in office administration (law-firm experience advantageous)
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Strong research, writing, organization and MS Office/Google Workspace skills
• High discretion, professionalism and ability to work under pressure
