Job Title: Personal Brand Content Creator – Real Estate Executive
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, resourceful Content Creator to build and manage the personal brand of a female real estate executive. You’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing content that positions her as a thought leader in real estate, wealth building, and lifestyle, while also reflecting the causes and values she stands for.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll follow her to events, property sites, meetings, and everyday moments to capture content that feels authentic, polished, and scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Production
Record high-quality video using a mobile phone (iPhone/Android) in various settings — site visits, office, events, car talks, podcast recordings, etc.
Take professional-grade photos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and otherplatforms.
Set up proper lighting, framing, and audio for mobile shoots without needing a full production crew.

Video Editing
Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, podcast clips).
Add captions, transitions, trending sounds, text overlays, and effects that match current social media trends.
Repurpose longer content into multiple short clips optimized for each platform.

Personal Branding & Storytelling
Develop content that communicates the executive’s expertise in real estate, her personality, values, and advocacy.
Create a mix of educational, inspirational, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms.

Content Planning & Strategy Support
Collaborate on weekly/monthly content calendars.
Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, and what’s working in theNigerian digital space.
Suggest content ideas based on trending topics, industry news, and audience engagement data.

Publishing & Community Engagement
Schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Respond to comments and DMs on behalf of the executive where appropriate.
Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) and report insights.

Requirements
-Proven experience creating personal brand or lifestyle content (portfolio or links required).
-Strong proficiency in CapCut, you should be able to edit a polished reel in under an hour.
-Skilled at mobile videography and photography, you know how to make a phone camera produce professional-looking results.
-Good eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
-Understanding of Nigerian social mediaculture, trends, and audience behaviour.
-Ability to work closely with a busy executive, flexible schedule, discreet, and professional.
-Strong written communication skills for captions and copy.
-Based in Lagos or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have
Experience in real estate or luxury brand content.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
Familiarity with podcast content repurposing.
Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies.
