Product Manager
Industry – FMCG/Pharmaceuticals/Beauty Products
Location – Victoria Island
Salary – N6m PA
Experience – 5 – 7
This role will drive the entire lifecycle of the product, from strategy and development to launch and marketing, aiming for market success. Key duties include conducting market research, developing brand strategies, KOL engagement, forecasting, and creating marketing materials to support sales teams and maximize product ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic, marketing, and brand plans for products to meet company objectives.
• Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for new products and existing brand improvement.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle, including product ideation, validation, launch planning, and in-life performance monitoring.
• Commercialization & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional tools, training materials, and strategies to drive adoption.
• Financial & Performance Management: Own the business case, forecast sales, manage budgets (marketing, advertising), and optimize profitability.
