*Role Overview*
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with experience in B2B technology sales, capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, pipeline discipline, and the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
2. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
3. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
4. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning.
7. Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
8. Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
*Required Qualifications*
1. 2–3years experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.
2. Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized institution.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.
*Preferred Skills*
1. Experience selling subscription-based products.
2. Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC).
3. Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
4. Strong objection-handling ability.
5. Data-driven decision-making mindset.
