🔎 Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✓ Develop and execute social media strategies
✓ Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics, captions, short videos)
✓ Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
✓ Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics
✓ Run paid ads and track campaign performance
✓ Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly
✅ Requirements
✓ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
✓ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
✓ Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
✓ Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
✓ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✓ Creative mindset with attention to detail
🎓 Qualification
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
✓ Relevant certifications are an added advantage
