Job Description
- Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talents
- Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
- Using various channels to source candidates
- Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
- Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.
- Establishing relationship with applicants and past employees
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
- Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
- Create and manage a pool of talents
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
