We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Fulltime Onsite

Job Description

  • Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talents
  • Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
  • Using various channels to source candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
  • Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.
  • Establishing relationship with applicants and past employees
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
  • Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
  • Create and manage a pool of talents
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
