Job Summary:
The Transactional Banker will manage customer service requests, complaints, and queries while ensuring timely resolution and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer requests, complaints, and enquiries.
• Log all service requests in the required systems.
• Resolve client issues within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• BSc Degree only (No Pass or Third Class).
• Maximum age: 27 years.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
