Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Ikeja
Industry: FMCG
Education: HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and operations reports.
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure proper handling of fast-moving consumer goods to prevent damage or expiry.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
