๐ What Youโll Do:
As an HRBP, you will:
โข Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions
โข Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
โข Provide expert advisory on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
โข Support budgeting, forecasting, and HR analytics/reporting
โข Design and implement training and development initiatives
โข Ensure effective HR administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
โข Drive performance management processes and organizational effectiveness

What Weโre Looking For:
โข Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
โข 3โ5 yearsโ experience in a strategic HR role (consulting experience is a plus)
โข Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
โข Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
โข Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
โข Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools
โข High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
