𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀
Location: Lagos State
Salary: ₦800,000 – ₦1,500,000 (Net Monthly)

Responsibilities
• Lead HR strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
• Drive organizational culture and transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
• 7–10 years’ experience in a managerial HR role
• CIPM certification (Mandatory)
• Proven experience within the FMCG sector
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills
