Job Description

*Hiring:* HR Administrator
*Location* : Lagos, Mainland
*Employment Type:* Full-Time

Westgate Technologies Limited is seeking a competent and proactive HR Administrator to support and enhance our human resource operations across the organization.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Handle staff welfare, discipline and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Assist in payroll administration and benefits management
*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years HR experience
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, PHRi, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of Nigerian Labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in a HRM software e.g. SeamlessHR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
