About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and experienced finance leader to drive financial performance, shape business strategy, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow, funding, and capital structure
• Drive profitability, performance, and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
• Partner with executive leadership on business growth and decision-making
• Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.)
• 8–10 years’ experience in senior finance roles within banking/financial services
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRCN, and SEC regulations
• Expertise in financial strategy, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making
