Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead Healthrite Business’s financial operations and strategy. The role involves overseeing financial planning, risk management, reporting, and compliance, while driving financial sustainability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and direction across the organization.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Manage cash flow, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Advise management on financial performance and strategic decisions.
Supervise finance and accounting teams.
Drive profitability and long-term financial sustainability.
Strengthen financial systems and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
Minimum of 8–12 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role.
Minimum of 4 years experience in retail service operations is required.
Strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and risk control.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s financial and regulatory environment.
