A menswear brand is looking for a smart and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its team.
Responsibilities: • Attend to customers in person, via phone, and online
• Handle client orders, measurements, and special requests
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Communicate effectively with the production team
Requirements: • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer and record-keeping knowledge
• Experience in fashion or retail is an added advantage
