CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
(KITCHEN & DELIVERY COORDINATION)
LOCATION: Anthony, Maryland, Lagos
SALARY: ₦100,000
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized Customer Service Officer who will serve as a key link between the kitchen team and delivery riders. The ideal candidate will ensure that all orders are processed accurately, communicated clearly, and delivered promptly without errors or delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and confirm customer orders (calls, WhatsApp, or online platforms)
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team
Coordinate with riders to ensure timely pickup and delivery
Track orders from preparation to final delivery
Resolve issues such as delays, wrong orders, or missing items quickly
Maintain proper order records and delivery logs
Follow up with customers where necessary to ensure satisfaction
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen staff and dispatch riders
REQUIREMENTS
OND, HND, or B.Sc in any related field
1–2 years experience in customer service or operations (food business experience is a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Must be organized, responsive, and proactive
Proximity to Anthony/Maryland axis is highly important
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience handling food delivery operations
Ability to multitask effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools
Strong interpersonal skills
