Job Title: Chinese Translator (HSK 5 Level)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 Gross
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chinese Translator with a minimum of HSK 5 proficiency to support effective communication between Chinese and English-speaking teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating written and verbal communication accurately while ensuring clarity and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate documents, emails, reports, and other materials from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, trainings, and daily business interactions.
• Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese-speaking and local teams.
• Ensure accurate translation of technical, operational, and administrative information.
• Assist in bridging language and cultural gaps within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HSK 5 certification or equivalent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Proven experience as a Chinese Translator/Interpreter is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
