Requirements
* BSc in a relevant discipline.
* MBA/MSc required.
* CIIN qualification is mandatory.
* Minimum of 18 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in executive leadership.
* Demonstrated success within the insurance brokerage industry.
* Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas and Special Risks Insurance Brokerage.
* Strong business development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth and organisational performance.
