ROLE: PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client is a Premium Tailoring and Fashion house in ikoyi, Lagos… Looking to hire a Hands-On PRODUCTION MANAGER(preferably female) to oversee all garment production workflow. Candidate will ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of bespoke, ready-to-wear pieces and high quality garment production for High-end clients.
LOCATION: IKOYI, LAGOS
SALARY: ₦300,000
WORK-DAYS: 4 Days a week
WORK-HOURS: 10am-6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
🪡Manage daily production workflow and track work orders.
🪡Create weekly production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
🪡Supervise and coordinate tailors and production staffs.
🪡Coordinate Fabrics, fittings, alterations, and production requirements.
🪡Conduct quality checks on finished garments before delivery.
🪡 Communicate tailoring instructions between the Creative Director, back-of-house, and production team.
🪡Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
✂️Must possess a degree or relevant qualification.
✂️Must possess relevant Experience managing or Coordinating a Production Team.
✂️Female Candidates with at least 2 years Experience in garment/Fashion Production will be mostly Preferred.
✂️Strong Knowledge of tailoring, fittings, measurements, and garment finishing.
✂️Excellent organisation, Communication, and time-management skills.
✂️Strong attention to details, problem solving abilities, Quick learner with adaptability.
