ROLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client, a high-end tailoring and fashion house in ikoyi, is seeking a result-driven OPERATIONS MANAGER(preferably female) to oversee the smooth running of the business.
Candidate will manage day-to-day operations, Customer Experience, and ensure the brand delivers quality service and products consistently.
LOCATION: IKOYI, LAGOS
SALARY: ₦250,000
WorkDays: 4 Days/week
WorkHours: 10am-6pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🧵Oversee daily operations of the tailoring studio, showroom, and admin functions.
🧵Manage Customer orders from consultation, measurement, fitting, to final delivery and after-service.
🧵Coordinate between departments…Production, sales, Finance, and Customer services to ensure seamless workflow.
🧵Monitor production timelines with the production manager to ensure orders are delivered on time and to quality standard.
🧵Handle client relations for walk-in and VIP Clients, Resolve complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.
🧵Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports, help with packaging and office supplies, monitor inventory and procurement.
🧵Implement SOPs for service delivery, Supervise staffs, ensure showroom/studio is presentable and meets the brands standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
👗 Candidates must possess minimum of HND/BSC in Business Administration, Accounting, Textile & Design, Managements, Fashion Business, or related field.
👚 Minimum of 3 years experience in operations/supervisory role, preferably in a fashion, garment, retail, or tailoring business.
👕 Strong Leadership, Organisation, and people management skills.
👖 Females with Good knowledge of garment production process and fashion retail operations will be mostly Preferred.
🥻 Proficiency in MS Office or any accounting/inventory tools will be an advantage.
👘 Problem-Solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
👗Female candidates that are available to attend interviews, and ready to resume immediately are most preferred for this job.
