JOB OVERVIEW
Kayzplace Barbershop is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Male Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage product inventory, coordinate appointments, and ensure excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📦 Product & Inventory Management
– Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels.
– Coordinate product deliveries and ensure proper storage.
– Monitor product usage and report replenishment needs.
🤝 Customer Service
– Welcome customers and provide information about services and promotional offers.
– Schedule appointments and respond to customer inquiries.
– Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
📋 Administrative & Management Support
– Coordinate daily schedules and support smooth business operations.
– Handle administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized environment.
– Assist management with additional operational responsibilities as required.
