About the Role
The Training Manager will design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity while aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training strategies based on business needs.
* Identify skill gaps and create employee learning and development plans.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
* Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals.
* Manage training budgets and resources.
* Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
* Monitor training outcomes and measure training ROI.
Requirements
* 4–6 years of experience in training management or Learning & Development.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* CIPM, SHRM, or relevant L&D certification is an advantage.
* Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills.
