**📹 We’re Hiring: Content Creator / Producer**

I’m looking for a **full-stack content producer** to manage the **entire video creation process** while I appear on camera.
You’ll **plan, script, direct, film, edit, and design graphics** for social media and other digital platforms—turning ideas into polished, engaging content from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Brainstorm concepts, research trends, and write scripts/storyboards.
* Set up camera, lighting, and audio, and direct me during shoots.
* Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., including music, captions, and transitions.
* Create motion graphics, thumbnails, and other on-brand visuals.
* Prepare final content in the right formats and manage uploads or scheduling.

**Required Skills**

* Strong videography skills (camera operation, lighting, sound).
* Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
* Motion graphics/design using After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
* Scriptwriting and storytelling ability.
* Understanding of social media trends and platform requirements.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Nice to Have**

* Color grading and audio mixing experience.
* Photography skills for still content.
* Knowledge of SEO/keywords for video titles and descriptions.
