Hiring: App-Based Hospitality Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven App-Based Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and guest experience of hospitality units listed on short-term rental and hospitality platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality properties and serviced apartments.
* Ensure all properties meet cleanliness, maintenance, and quality standards.
* Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
* Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Manage inventory, supplies, and operational budgets.
Platform & Booking Management * Manage listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Bookingcom, Expedia, VRBO, and other hospitality applications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Occupancy Rate * Revenue Growth
* Guest Satisfaction Score
* Response Time to Guest Inquiries
* Online Review Ratings
* Property Maintenance Compliance * Booking Conversion Rate
