Job Title: Architect / Architectural Assistant
Work mode: Full time onsite
Location: Abuja (Jabi)
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, New Graduate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architect/Architectural Assistant to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate must be a First Class graduate with strong technical skills in architectural design software and the ability to support both design development and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce architectural drawings using Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
3. Create architectural renderings using rendering software.
4. Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure work aligns with approved drawings.
5. Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
1. Must be a First Class graduate in Architecture.
2. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and any rendering software.
3. Ability to prepare detailed architectural drawings.
4. Ability to effectively supervise work on site.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
