Bank Teller | Kolomoni Microfinance Bank

About the Role
Kolomoni Microfinance Bank, a CBN-licensed financial institution, is seeking three Bank Tellers to process customer transactions accurately, manage cash, provide professional service, and ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other approved transactions.
• Verify customer identities, account details, and supporting documents.
• Manage teller tills, daily cash balances, custody, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and weekly operational reports.
• Investigate and escalate cash discrepancies, suspicious transactions, and operational issues.
• Comply with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain confidentiality.
• Support branch opening/closing procedures and other Operations duties.
Requirements
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in banking, cash handling, or financial services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic banking operations and cash management.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Awareness of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
